Team

The Team tab makes collaboration simple by letting you invite new members to your PDFBolt account. The maximum number of team members you can add depends on your subscription plan. In addition, all team members gain shared access to API Keys and logs, allowing you to work together more efficiently.

Team Roles

When you invite someone to your team, they automatically become a Member. You, as the Owner, retain control over billing and subscription management.

Owner

  • Has full access to billing, subscription management, and invoices.
  • Can enable or disable overage in the Settings tab.
  • Can invite team members.

Member

  • Can log in to the app, manage API Keys, and view logs.
  • Does not have access to payment or subscription management.
  • Cannot invite other team members or enable overage.

If you need to edit a user’s role or remove a team member, please contact our support.

Inviting Team Members

Adding a new team member in PDFBolt

With these steps, you can easily expand your team and collaborate more effectively in PDFBolt:

1️⃣ Click Add Member.

2️⃣ Enter the email address of the user you want to invite.

3️⃣ Click Invite.

The invited user will receive an email with a link to set their password. Once they’ve created a password, they can log in to PDFBolt and access API Keys.

You can only invite users who do not already have a PDFBolt account. If you need to invite someone who already has an account, please contact our support.
