4.3 Account Termination

4.4 API Key Security
- All API Keys provided to users must be securely stored and managed by the user.
- Users are strictly prohibited from sharing or disclosing API Keys to third parties, as unauthorized use can compromise security.
- Any unauthorized use of an API Key must be reported to PDFBolt.
- For added control, users have the option to disable any API Key directly in the app under the API Key section.
5. Use of Service
By using the Service, you agree to adhere to all applicable laws and these Terms to ensure a safe and secure experience for all users. Misuse of the Service, including any illegal or unauthorized activities, may result in suspension or termination of your account, and PDFBolt reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law.

You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service or use it to create, host, transmit, or distribute any content that:

By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Privacy Policy and its terms of service. PDFBolt does not store or handle your payment information directly, as this is managed solely by Stripe.
- Stripe is responsible for securely processing and protecting your payment data. Any issues related to payment processing, refunds, or chargebacks should be directed to Stripe in accordance with their policies.

PDFBolt retains user-generated documents and transaction records solely for processing purposes. By default, all files are deleted after 48 hours. Users may request deletion of records in accordance with their preferences.8. Legal and Government Requests
