2. Are failed requests charged?
No, only successful conversions are charged.
3. Can I customize the PDF output?

4. What if I exceed my quota?
You’ll receive a 401 error with details. You can purchase one-time packs or upgrade your plan. You can customize your alert notifications to suit your needs on the admin dashboard, and use the API endpoint to monitor usage levels. With our no-overage system, there are no surprise bills – you always know exactly what you're paying for.
5. How do you handle data privacy?
We store only request metadata on EU-based servers, fully GDPR-compliant. We recommend saving documents directly to your S3-compatible storage, ensuring they remain on our servers only for the duration of the request. If you choose to use our S3 storage, the document will be deleted after one hour.
